Our policy
As long as goods are returned to dazzlinggifts.co.uk as sold within 7 days of receipt, dazzlinggifts.co.uk can replace the goods, exchange them for other items or refund your money.

We regret that postage and packing charges are non-refundable unless goods received are faulty or received in error.

DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to despatch orders within three to five working days of placement.
All shipping times are dependant on stocking levels and availability.

Need something urgently? Call us on 01784 258155 and we may be able to arrange express delivery for a £5 surcharge

SHIPPING CHARGES

All deliveries to mainland UK are £4.95.

Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Parcels are sent Special Delivery. Click here to read more about Royal Mail's services.

When you place an order you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment.

Very occasionally, we may have to email you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.
